Q: What do the three colors mean?A: On the commentary schedule, red blocks are tournament melee, green blocks are miscellaneous stream content, including the crew battles, and blue blocks are tournament WiiU.
Q: Is this the final version of the schedule?A: As a TO much smarter than I once said, “never call anything final.” However, I am prepared to say that barring extreme or unforeseen circumstances, this will be what the viewers at home see. To ensure quality commentary no matter what, Juggleguy and I have a number of backup plans in case we do encounter some of the aforementioned circumstances.
Q: My favorite commentator isn’t on here. Why?A: While we were able to secure a large and diverse number of commentators, there were a considerable amount that regrettably could not attend. This does not compromise the quality of commentary, as we still have a wealth of heavy-hitters, and it simply gives more names a chance to gain valuable national-level commentary experience.
Q: I don’t recognize this commentator. Why is he allowed to commentate?A: As was stated previously, part of the beauty of having 18 or so commentary blocks on Friday and Saturday is the fact that we have ample opportunities to showcase up-and-coming talent. A number of the commentators, who were personally screened by me for quality assurance, are incredibly gifted casters that simply have yet to have a shot at real national-level commentary. Everyone has to start somewhere, and I’d be delighted if the next Scar or Toph got their big break at The Big House 5.
Q: PPMD Kreygasm?A: PPMD Kreygasm. I am absolutely ecstatic to have PPMD aboard our commentary crew. His top-level insight will be an invaluable asset for viewers at home, and I have been working with PPMD to ensure that his workload is appropriate for him. Let him know you’re excited by tweeting and using the hashtag #PPMDatTBH5!
