3. Transportation

From the Airport
A. Split a Cab
– This will probably be the easiest way to get to the venue directly. Find some other Smashers/FGC players (there will be plenty) at the airport and opt to split the bill. Tell the cab driver to take local as opposed to the freeway
B. Public Transportation
– The bus terminal will drop you off at the venue directly. Look for the 108 bus line.

4. Melee Teams

Entry Fee: $40 per team ($20 per person)

Sign ups will be coordinated with Jackie Ko or Sheridan Zalewski (Dr. Z)

When: Sign-ups on Friday, Tournament at 2-8PM on Saturday

5. Melee It On Me Panel: The Platinum Age

Where: Pavilion 1 in the Venue

When: Saturday July 12, 6PM – 7:30 PM

Title: The Platinum Age of Melee

Description: Super Smash Bros. Melee is one of the oldest and most celebrated Nintendo titles still played by fighting game players across the world. The Melee It On Me team provides a retrospective on the meteoric comeback of the Melee community over the past year; from the game’s return at EVO 2013 to the highly-acclaimed Smash Brothers documentary, from Nintendo’s historic recognition of the scene to the newfound teams and sponsors of today.
